Concept of Quality Gate :- Quality Gate enables us to detect defects closer to the point of origin & ensure defect free supplies to Customers. Quality gate provides input to improve the parts quality by facilitating smaller PDCA cycles in the manufacturing process as well as acts as a measure to monitor quality real time.
