Systems at KG are designed based on process approach with customer in focus; built on the platform of standards like 9001 : 2008.

Three tire in built quality system has been adopted:
• 1st of sample inspection after each set up.
• Audit inspection of self certified production.
• Quality gate

All these are continuously tracked, improved, using PDCA cycle to give better value to customers and is continually meeting the needs and expectations of all interested parties.

Concept of Quality Gate :- Quality Gate enables us to detect defects closer to the point of origin & ensure defect free supplies to Customers. Quality gate provides input to improve the parts quality by facilitating smaller PDCA cycles in the  manufacturing process as well as acts as a measure to monitor quality real time.
